YowaPedal: The 1st Year Climbers

Yowamushi Pedal is really taking up my life since I have started reading the manga before the anime solidify its Arrow into my heart like really treasured fandoms in me like ST and LoTR/the Hobbit. I do really admire sports stories, especially the fighting spirit and the friendships of the main Team the story concentrates on. And oh, must not forget, the many shipping qualities. *laugh* Japan has really done this really well in their stories that we can all relate and emphatic to.

And in Yowamushi Pedal, our main lead, Onoda Sakamichi, is an *adorab-cough* serious otaku with his deep love of the anime culture (which we all are, but he cycled 90km to and fro Akihabra almost everyday. Which is what i call, passion. *laugh*), and desires to be in an anime club when his high school life begins.
Yet, he finds himself being involved with people related to race cycling who will later lead his life to a whole new direction. Totally recommended, if you have not heard or watch it yet.

And of course, in YowaPedal, the duo that captures my heart is this first year rival climbers duo, our main lead and his rival climber, Manami Sangaku, who never fails to put a smile on my face and tickles my shipper heart heavily til almost obsession. I will not start gushing how they met and their growing bromance but, I really do enjoy seeing Onoda interacting with his Team and his growing strength through all the races and obstacles he faced. 

GOD! The mangaka really has made a wonderful sports story, and that only made me fall in love with manga all the more.
